Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following Terms and Conditions.
Our online shop is 100% safe and secure, and does not compromise your credit card information. We use PayPal to process your transaction through their secure servers. If you are unable to use this facility please contact us direct on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make an alternative arrangement for you. Artworks are shipped once full payment is received.
Monthly payment plans are also available on request.
Goods are charged at price shown on the item listing pages or commission quote on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS
In the unlikely occurrence an item has been damaged on its way to you, you must contact us immediately on email@example.com (with images of packaging and artwork if possible). Return postage will be reimbursed and a replacement work can be organised and dispatched at no extra cost.
Buying or commissioning an artwork should be carefully considered, a refund cannot be facilitated once a purchase has been made.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). Your complaint will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
